Preview Next is an in-person walk-thru of the property to take some photos and measurements. This is a property assessment and a review of your staging needs.
Staging Agreement We will send you the staging contract, invoice for payment, and then set the staging date.
Design Our design team will begin space planning, designing, and selecting inventory for your upcoming staging and conclude the process of preparing for the stage day.
Staging Day Our team will bring the design to life installing furniture, textiles, art and decorative accessories. The home stager will create a model home feel to showcase your home.
De-stage Our team returns to remove the staging items from the property. As our schedule books up quickly, we require a 7-day notice to schedule de-staging date.

How much does vacant home staging cost? What is included?
Each home staging package is priced based on the number of rooms staged, listing price of the home, square footage of the home, and style of furnishings chosen. Vacant staging packages start at $1,850 and can range up to $20,000. Pricing includes the property assessment, design, staging day delivery, installation, and de-staging (furniture removal).
How long is the rental period staging agreement?
The initial staging term is usually for 60 days but can be negotiated at the beginning of the contract. When selling a home, it can take 30 to 45 days to close the deal from accepting an offer, inspection, appraisal, to closing, we usually de-stage homes a few days prior to closing. Home staging agreement extensions are available after the initial agreement until the home is sold.

Do you offer Occupied Staging, Partial Staging, or Soft Staging?
Atmospheric Home Staging does not offer occupied home staging services for homes on the real estate market. We only offer vacant home staging services where the home must be that are vacant while on the market. fully vacant. The property must be completely unfurnished and unoccupied.
