Home Tour: Eldridge

Atmospheric Home Staging has staged another quaint home in the Fort Worth area for you to virtually tour. The home is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house with a little over 1100 square feet of space. This charming little home was originally built in 1955 and has recently been renovated by Blank Slate! We have worked with Chayce and Hannah in the past staging their transformed projects and can’t wait show you this beauty!

Front

The exterior and landscaping embody the design aesthetic of the husband and wife duo featuring black and white contrasting siding and trim, cable railing along the steps and porch, and a modern low maintenance landscaping. The facade is our favorite feature, now let’s get into the interior and home staging.

We styled the space with a modern gray sofa— its best feature being the chrome legs and perfectly paired with a round sleek black marble cocktail table by Arteriors Home. The floor poufs, framed tree ring art, and subtle geometric pattern with a lush pile in the rug are the perfect amount of texture.

The modern yet relaxed vibe is embodied with the curved leather lounge chair with a black metal frame. Natural motifs in the wall decor, patterned and natural textiles, and modern accent pieces make the space the ideal place to chill after a long day.

The Mid-century door is so perfect and on the same wall as the door is a mid-century modern style TV stand. Harmony is created in the environment with the various elements used- metal, wood, glass and greenery in the mix of the decorative accessories.

The open concept flows into the dining area which features a curated and ultra-eclectic mix of furnishings. The circular dining table has a geometric pedestal base and glass top, paired with navy blue curved back dining chairs with slim metal legs. Cohesiveness was important to bring to this casual and open floor plan, the furnishings can be a natural conversation starter for potential buyers or dinner guests.

In the dining area we hung a burnt wood piece of wall décor. Raw and refined best describes the dining space— a cowhide rug in the mix is always fun to complete the space!

Blank Slate Reno made the focal point of this bedroom a gray and white abstract wallpaper and we layered the room with patterns and textures to complement. We selected a minimalist yet industrial bed to contrast. The bed is black, all metal in construction, and the openness of the lattice pattern is so fun against the wallpaper. Above the bed we used whimsy wall décor and alongside the bed a solid oak wood nightstand with a brass and clear seeded glass lamp. The mix of materials enables a blending of styles, gone are the days when every piece in room exactly matches.

We enjoyed styling this home! Chayce and Hannah have a distinct aesthetic which allows us to be more creative than our usual staging. The couple does home renovation full time in the Dallas/ Ft. Worth metroplex and the before and after photos of their projects are always dreamy. They received a full price offer within three hours of listing.
